The aim of the interview is to develop individual/ group or mixed career guidance plan according the needs of client.

  • 40 min/participant 1 full day before the group guidance/course starts or
  • 1 individual session using selected questions

The career guide(s) pick group members in order to create a dynamic, mixed group, according to the result of the interview.
